EVERYDAY WOMAN BOOK PUBLISHING CO-AUTHOR CONTRACT

This will be a publishing contract between Anthology Partner Everyday Woman, LLC. and Co-author purchasing this opportunity.

Everyday Woman, LLC. will take on the role of publisher for this project, Coach’s Guide to Success Everyday Woman, LLC, and Co-author purchasing this opportunity will co-author the book together with other hand-selected co-authors. All parties will share responsibilities in marketing the book.

Book Summary: Everyday Woman, LLC and co-authors book project will include everything below in Exhibit A. The investment for this book project is as paid by co-author. The Book launches: May 2, 2025 (unless there are unforeseen circumstances that may extend the launch)

Terms: Everyday Woman, LLC will take responsibility for publishing the book (formatting, editing, distribution, etc.). The co-author purchasing this opportunity will write their part of the book (one chapter of 1500 words) and submit it by the deadline.

Chapter Deadline: April 15, 2025

If, for any reason, the co-author is not paid in full or up to date on required monthly payments by the book launch date, we reserve the right to remove the author entirely from this book project.

I, Co-Author, agree to the terms of the contract as described above by clicking on the I agree button and paying for this opportunity. 

I, Everyday Woman, LLC, agree to the terms of the contract as described above and agree to publish the work of this book project as described above.

The Co-Author acknowledges that all sales generated from the book through Everyday Woman will not be shared with the Co-Author.

• ​You receive your picture in the book and your bio and contact information
• You receive professional graphics to promote yourself on social media
• ​You receive a professional book video for marketing
• ​You receive editing, proofreading of your chapter
• ​You receive support and guidance for writing your chapter with a structure
• ​You will be part of a bestselling book and marketing campaign
• You receive the opportunity to do a FACEBOOK Live for 15 minutes in Women Supporting Women Facebook Group with over 33,000+ members to promote your business
• ​Facebook community for inner circle members
• ​Facebook community just for authors
• Email sent on your business to our email list
• 10 printed books shipped to you
