SHE STORY PROGRAM PARTICIPATION AGREEMENT
 Offered by Everyday Woman, LLC

This Participation Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into by and between Everyday Woman, LLC ("Company"), located in the State of Nevada, and the undersigned participant ("Participant"). By enrolling in the She Story Program, the Participant agrees to the following terms and conditions.

1. Program Description

She Story: Write Your Own Book – She Story book-writing program is designed for visionary women entrepreneurs, coaches, and professionals. The program is designed and delivered by Everyday Woman, LLC under the She Empire brand.

Program Length: 6 months

2. Company Responsibilities

Everyday Woman, LLC agrees to provide:

  • 6 modules in recorded videos 

3. Fees & Payment Terms

Enrollment Fee:

  • One-time payment of $497

Terms:

  • All payments are non-refundable and non-transferable, regardless of the participant's level of participation.

4. Intellectual Property

All materials provided in the She Story Program are the intellectual property of Everyday Woman, LLC. Participants may not copy, reproduce, share, or distribute any proprietary content without written permission.

Participant retains full copyright and ownership of any book, manuscript, or story developed during the program.

5. Coaching Disclaimer & Results

The She Story Program offers education and strategy through a do-it-yourself course, delivered via video. However:

  • The company does not guarantee specific publishing results, income, or recognition.

  • Participant accepts full responsibility for writing, editing, and promoting their book.

  • The Company provides tools and strategy, but implementation and results depend on the Participant.

6. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Nevada.

7. Entire Agreement

This document reflects the entire agreement between the Participant and Everyday Woman, LLC. No other verbal or written agreement shall be binding unless made in writing and signed by both parties.

8. Acknowledgment and Consent

By purchasing this program and making payment, the Participant agrees to all terms outlined in this agreement and confirms their complete understanding of the program and its expectations.

9. No Guarantee of Results

Everyday Woman, LLC, does not guarantee or warrant any specific results from participation in the She Story Program. While the program provides 6 recorded video modules to support participants in writing and preparing to publish their book, the actual outcome depends entirely on participants’ effort, consistency, and personal commitment. It is the sole responsibility of the Success is self-directed, and results will vary for each individual.
